Our Mission

The Give Happy Foundation’s goal is to be a force multiplier for underfunded, high-impact nonprofits serving the greater Las Vegas area. We look for organizations that are doing meaningful, often uncelebrated work in our community, but lack the visibility and resources of larger charities. We provide flexible funding, visibility, and support so they can keep doing what they do best: serving Las Vegas.

We intentionally seek out the “hidden gems” of the nonprofit world: the groups that are too small to attract large institutional funders but too important to be overlooked.

 Our target partners are:

•  Las Vegas–Focused

  • Based in or primarily serving the greater Las Vegas metro area.

• Underfunded & Resource-Constrained  

  • Teams that are stretching every dollar.

• Lean & Volunteer-Driven

  • Direct most of their budget and donated funds to programs and services that directly benefit the community.

•  Direct-Service & Community-Based

  • Frontline organizations providing hands-on support (e.g., food, housing, mental health, youth programs, arts, environment, education, or workforce development).

•  Accountable & Impact-Driven

  • Able to clearly articulate their mission, goals, and outcomes, even if they don’t have a sophisticated reporting systems.
